What We Tell AI is an anthropological art project that collects anonymous, handwritten notes about people's relationship with AI, documenting how AI is reaching ever deeper into the most intimate details of our lives. This year, artist Olivia Tai gathered more than 400 handwritten secrets from strangers about how they use AI; the archive was designed together with Arin Pantja. Reading through the notes, one thing stands out: many people use AI to understand and communicate with the others in their lives.
